Wellbank is a unique custom build housing development in West Cumbria within the Lake District National Park. With 50 housing plots and a leisure hub which will house a swimming pool, hydrotherapy pool, sauna, café, bar and bistro, it’s the first of its kind in Cumbria.
We worked in collaboration with 32West in the design of Wellbank’s website. The site has been developed to enhance user experience, featuring intuitive navigation, strategically placed call-to-actions, and interactive forms that encourage visitor engagement.
The website has been optimised with well-placed call-to-action buttons that guide users and make it easy for visitors to explore the site. Prominent prompts like “Book a visit” and “Complete our dream home survey” provide direct pathways for users to engage with the development and request more information.
With a seamless layout, visitors can easily browse sections such as “Location,” “Leisure Hub,” and “Home Build Options.” The intuitive design ensures that prospective homeowners can access essential details about the options for creating a dream home in this sustainable community.
To further improve visitor engagement, the website features enhanced forms that allow users to arrange viewings and request additional details effortlessly. These tools aim to create a more personalised and interactive experience, making it easier for potential residents to connect with Wellbank’s team.
